Perform these steps for BOTH CA Certificates.
Internet Explorer steps:
1. Select the CA certificate to install. 2. Click the Open button. 3. Click the Install Certificate button. 4. Click the Next button. 5. Click the Next button again. 6. Click the Finish button. 7. (If prompted) Click the Yes button. 8. Click the OK button.
Firefox steps:
1. Select the CA certificate to install. 2. Select the two check boxes and click the OK button.
